Booking must be a minimum of 2 nights

Weekend Rates (Friday and Saturday nights)

  • $300 per night for two people
  • $50 per night per extra adult
  • $50 per night for extra child

There is a $60 per stay cleaning fee

Mid Week Rates (Sunday to Thursday nights)

  • $300 per night for two people
  • $50 extra per night per extra adult
  • $50 extra per night per extra child

Please note the minimum rate for two people for a two night stay which includes a Friday or Saturday night is $660.

Long Weekends (minimum 3 night stay)

  • $300 per night for two people
  • $50 extra per night per extra adult
  • $50 extra per night per extra child

Christmas/New Year & Easter (minimum 4 night stay)

  • $330 per night for two people
  • $45 extra per night per extra adult
  • $45 extra per night per extra child

Full Week

A 10% discount available for full week stays of 7 days. This offer does not apply during peak holiday seasons or long weekends.

Infants

There is no charge for little ones 18 months and under and a porta cot is available free of charge but please bring your own bedding.

Bond

$250 up front refundable bond is requested. This bond will be returned to you once Auntie Eileen’s has been cleaned and everything is okay. Any damages will be deducted from the bond after notification.

To secure your booking a 50% deposit of the total of the tariff + bond is required at the time of booking with the balance of payment due 21 days prior arrival.

Payments can be made using Master or Visa Card or via direct debit.

Cancellation

Once payment is made a refund is possible only if the dates are rebooked by another guest. Rescheduling of dates is possible if notice is given 14 days prior expected arrival date.
